Landscape Notes: Bloomerang Dark Purple Lilac is a superior reblooming lilac. It is adorned with large dark purple buds that emerge in mid to late spring that open to the classic deep purple lilac color. These blossoms will perfume the air for weeks. After a brief pause it will rebloom in mid to late summer and continue until frost.

Exposure/Culture: Bloomerang Dark Purple Lilac performs well in full sun locations in the landscape. It thrives in well drained soils. It does not tolerate soggy soils. Trimming should be performed after the first flowering in spring.

Other Notes: Bloomerang Dark Purple Lilac is wonderful for attracting butterflies, perfect for those nature pictures. It is also disease and deer resistant. Great for foundation planting, mixed border planting, and even in decorative pots.
