Exposure/Culture: ‘Watchet’ Azalea, Azalea x ‘Watchet’ thrives in partial shade, avoid planting in harsh afternoon sun. Prefers well drained, moist, acidic soils. After blooming apply an acid fertilizer such as Miracle-Gro Azalea, Camellia and Rhododendron fertilizer. During the first year maintain a regular watering schedule during dry periods to promote an extensive and deep root structure.
