Landscape Notes: Red Double Knockout Roses are a maintenance free rose that is resistant to black spot and downy mildew. They produce apple red flowers that are self cleaning and have just a slight spicy fragrance. Excellent for low hedges.
Exposure/Culture: Red Double Knockout Roses prefer full sun locations in the landscape. They thrive in well drained soils. Trimming should be done in the spring just before leaf buds begin to open. Trim back at least one third of the height of the rose.
Other Notes: Red Double Knockout Roses can be used in the landscape as border plants, container plants, hedges, mass plantings, rock garden, specimen, cutting garden, and even as accents.
