Landscape Notes: Pink Bleeding Heart, Dicentra spectabilis, is a clump forming perennial with deep roots. It produces pink heart shaped blossoms that hang from arching stems. The coarse foliage has a smoky green hue, that makes it compliment well with Heuchera, Astilbe, and Hostas.


Exposure/Culture: Pink Bleeding Heart, Dicentra spectabilis, grows well in sun or shade conditions. It prefers a rich, well drained soil.
