It has a grayish green color during the summer and turns a plum purple color during the winter. ‘Andorra’ Juniper, Juniperus horizontalis, makes a great groundcover for slopes.


Exposure/Culture: ‘Andorra’ Juniper, Juniperus horizontalis, grows best in full sun locations. It will adapt to any soil type except poorly drained soils. ‘Andorra’ Juniper, Juniperus horizontalis, can thrive with little, if any, chemical fertilizer.
