Garden Notes: ’Alapaha’ Blueberry is an early season rabbiteye blueberry. The fruit are so tasty and very firm. Its exceptional vigor you will have you amazed with the loads of medium sized berries that it produces.
Exposure/Culture: ’Alapaha’ Blueberry should be planted along with the ‘Vernon’ Blueberry for cross pollination. Do not over-fertilize this plant because too much nitrogen can produce vegetation that is not ready to yield.
